Gravimetric blender is a kind of equipment for mixing various materials. It can automatically mix the main material, color
masterbatch, additive or outlet material of plastic raw materials in proportion. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion
or blow molding production .

2.Adopted PLC controller, which is easy to operate, ensures stable and reliable performance, and is easy to maintain.
3.Using advanced control algorithm, self-optimized adjustment and compensation, the ingredients are highly accurate and evenly mixed, and the error is controlled at 0.05%.
4.It can dose 4-8 components raw materials, automatically record weight, time and other data during the mixing process, and support data export.
5.With more than 100 groups of formula storage function, can be hierarchical password management to achieve the secret function of the formula.
6.It has the alarm function of material shortage.

Working principle:
After the user enters the proportion of each raw material, gravimetric blender will automatically calculate the weight of the required proportion of various raw materials, and distribute the raw materials to the weighing hopper by controlling the metering valve. After calculating the proportion, the material is fed into the mixing chamber Mix, discharge and unload after the stirring is completed.
