Our standard MOQ is 1000 pcs,but small quantity for the first trial order is acceptable.

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But sample is chargeable for custom designs which can be refunded when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample Lead-time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days mainly depend on your exact designs.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 12-15 days for MOQ.
5. How much is the freight charge?
For your cost and timely consideration, we would suggest to ship by express for small quantities, and large quantities by air or sea, cost depend on the shipping method and exact quantities.
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own professional engineering team at our factory to assist you on new designs,files best in AI,PDF, CDR,STP or IGS format.
