Product Application
APPLICATIONS
Specially used for windshield and side glass of bus.car. Rally vehicle (metro. high-speed rail. ship spaceflight engineering machinery vehicle, and other construction applications.
Directions:
1.Make sure surfaces are clean and dry. Remove any soap,oil or grease.
2.Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle, cut nozzle to desired opening at 45℃ angle.
3.For a smooth seal, hold at 45℃ angle and apply by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.
4.If further caulking is required, complete within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately with dry paper towel.
5.Normally stick to skins in 5 minutes,dries to touch in one hour. Optimun stength is achieved in 7 days.
6.After sealant is completely cured, excess material can be removed by trimming with a charp blade, avoid undercutting the seal.
7.Resealable: If entire contents are not used, extrude 3/8" of sealant beyond nozzle opening. When ready to reuse, pull out cured plug.
