3. Can I get some free samples?
If we have stock, we will send it to you for free, you only need to pay the shipping fee, we can also send it to you with the pictures taken. If you want to order your own logo, you have to pay the sample production cost. There is also a mold fee. But you will get a refund after you place a bulk order
4. How long does it take to get the sample?
For existing samples, we can send the same day and ship within 3-7 days.
For custom designed samples, it takes 5-10 days.

It usually takes 10-25 days, depending on your quantity.
