Perfume Freezing Making Machine
Action: Mixing, freezing, filter.
Machine characteristics:
1. Supplied with a septum pump to self aspirate the load without manual loading.
2. Double stage filtration to a fineness of 0.2 μ m. Impurities can be filtered off sufficiently.
3. The minimum freezing temperature can reach - 5 ℃, and the temperature regulation is simple and easy to operate.
4. Circulatory system, the product can be cycle filtered.
5. Caster design to facilitate movement.
6. The connection part is in a clasp design, easy to disassemble, and easy to wash and maintain.
Attention:
1. Before using the new machine, make sure that the machine has reliable grounded three-phase, 30A four-core socket and the frame is grounded.
2. Before using the new machine, determine whether the equipment is connected properly.
3. The water outlet boost pump is a diaphragm pump, which needs air supply to drive its operation. See its individual instruction for details.
4. Before the chiller is running, check whether the high and low pressure protection device of the chiller is adjusted to proper parameters, adjust the high pressure alarm to 2.0MPA and the low pressure alarm to 0.7MPA. (Sub-process is completed by supplier)
5. Before the refrigerator runs, first check the direction of the "air-cooled" fan, and the procedure for checking the direction: first start the "refrigeration switch" button on the panel, then stop the "refrigeration switch" button immediately, and visually check whether the direction of operation is consistent with the direction marked on the equipment. If the refrigeration unit cannot be started inconsistently, otherwise the refrigeration unit will be damaged, and the direction of change can be carried out through the incoming power line.
6. Before starting up, there is enough material in the cooling tank. Otherwise, the cooling coil pipes will cause the load of the refrigeration unit to increase without material contact and cause faults.
