Steps for using | 1. Wash your hair with shampoo 2. Blow the hair dry and use hair clips to split the hair into several bundles 3.Apply an appropriate amount of product to each strand of hair, starting from the end of the hair, stopping at a distance of about 1.5cm from the root of the hair to avoid contact with the scalp 4. Leave it for 20-30 minutes to see if hair maybe to test the hair flexibility. 5. Test the hair softening degree for different part of hair once every 5 minutes,when it is qualified(standard:hair can extend for 1.5-2times when pulling at short distance(2cm). 6. When time is up, rinse thoroughly and blow to 90% dry 7. Dividethe hair into several bundles again,iron with straightener at a temperature of about 200℃. 8. Do not wash your hair or tie your hair within 48 hours. |

Our factory was located in GuangZhou city of China
Q: Can I get samples before the order? How can I get it?
A: Quality is the Life for a brand of products. We are pleased to offer you sample to test the quality before the order. You need to tell us which/what product you are interest, your detail Address for delivery cost checking. So we can check delivery cost & inform you by return by sending a Sample Invoice. Sample delivery mostly takes 5-7 working days to your door by air express.
Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: For Normal order, payment policy is 40% payment upon order, and 60% payment before delivery. Payment can be sent to us via T/T,western union, or Ali TradeAssurance order.
Do you accept OEM/Private Label Service?
A: We welcome OEM/Private Label. With rich industrial experience and reputation, we will help you to build/expand your brand of hair cosmetic products fastly.
Q: If I want to make order from you, What’s your MOQ?
A: Case 1 /Regular Stock cargo: for some items product we have regular stock, we accept small order like 5 cartons – 10 cartons for each item.
Case 2 / OEM Private Label: mostly it will depends on the packing material, together with product formula itself. Averagely
speaking, 2000pcs you can build your own brand label.
Q: What is the delivery time after I confirm by order?
A: Case 1 /Regular Stock cargo: normally 1-2 weeks after order confirmed by payment;
Case 2 / OEM Private Label: it takes 35-40 days after deposit received and the design file was final confirmed by your side. (To purchase your label with printing factory it takes around 15 days, we production around 15 days, sometimes some holiday, so total around 35 days)
Q: What is the procedure, if I need OEM/buy products with my Own brand name?
A: Step 1: Tell us what item you want to do for your private label;
Step 2: Confirm packing & products formulation (get sample in hand for easier confirm)
Step 3: Quotation & Contract. Confirm the price/MOQ/payment terms/delivery terms.
Step 4: Arrange 40% deposit to us according to PI。
Step 5: Send trademark Authorization letter to us, also send us your designed label file.
Step 6: We make your label file sample & picture to you for final design confirm. Step 7: Production
