A:Yes, we are experienced in following PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Workbook and offering process flow diagrams, process FMEA, control plan, measurement/test method validation, environmental compliance REACH, environmental compliance ROHS, part specific checking aids, FAI, material/perf test results, initial process studies(Ppk/Cpk), IQ/OQ/PQ protocols&reports, transport packaging, validation records and warrant etc.

Q:How do you guarentee your quality?
A: Mindertech company has strict management procedure about IQC(Raw materials are sourced from Phlips/BD/GE/Mindray approved suppliers, quality guaranteed), FAI(first article inspection for all production and trial production would be executed before mass production and after parts verfication&qualification), IPQC, 100%FQC and OQC. OQC Report and CoC will be shipped along with the products you ordered. Besides, in-house R&D and testing devices, materials with RoHs Complies, and all patient contact materials are latex free and tested with Biocompatibility report from third party.
