Color Stainless Steel Sheets are one of the most sought-after types of raw material in the construction and manufacturing industries. Thanks to their distinct mechanical and physical properties, stainless steel coils have been widely used in the production of kitchen appliances to industrial equipment. The color stainless steel sheet is manufactured by hot rolling stainless steel slabs in a reheat furnace. The hot rolling process is carried out at a certain high temperature. This temperature is known as the recrystallization temperature in the industry, which is between 1,100° C to 1,300° C, which often depends on the grade of the steel used for the manufacturing process. The steel slabs are continuously run through heating and rolling mills. The resultant product is then suitably coiled. Post hot rolling and coiling, the stainless steel coils are passed through the annealing and pickling lines to get a softer and brighter surface finish, free of any oxide layers and impurities.
