Ziplock bag stacking mechanism
peculiarity
1: The self-sealing bag is manually placed into the stacking mechanism, about 100.
2: When the material taking mechanism takes the upper part of the self-sealing bag, the servo motor drives the self-sealing bag to move up automatically.

Self-sealing bag transplanting mechanism
peculiarity
1: Take material from the stacking mechanism, stacking area of the self-sealing bag.
2: Placed in the marking position, marking content from "template + character replacement".
3: Placed in the detection marking position, the detection mechanism is used to detect whether the marking is correct and clear.
4: Place into the bagging mechanism.

Flexible loading mechanism

1: Flexible feeding tray, put 20-30 braces into the feeding tray.
2: The camera, the camera identifies the retainer in the feeding tray, and tells the marking mechanism to print the corresponding information.
3: Robot, robot once grab the upper and lower braces into the bagging mechanism

Bagging mechanism

1: Braces placement area, the robot will put the upper and lower braces into the position.
2: Hold the bag cylinder, hold the bag cylinder up and down, and open the ziplock bag.
3: Rotating mechanism, the bagging mechanism is rotated to make the braces easier to load.
