Q1： What is your means and terms of payment?
We accept payment from T/T, L/C, Westunion. Moneygram, Credict card etc.
Our payment term is 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping.
Q2: What is your production lead time?
(calculated after getting deposit and artwork designs if any)
A. 2 days for sample (ready in stock);
B. 15 days for sample(without stock);
C. 25 ~ 50 days for mass production，determined by different models and order QTY.
Production time will be a bit longer during the Chinese new year holiday (normally from December to February)
Q3: Do you provide sample? Is it free?
Sample is available upon your sampling order with charge. The sampling time is 15 days. On top of normal product cost, we may charge additional sampling cost and packing cost , but such cost is refundable once you place massive orders.
Q4: Where is your nearest Loading Ports?
Guangzhou, Shunde, Nansha, Shenzhen
We’re arranging shipments around the world every day. To save time and cost, you could just send us your final address or port name, and we will check the freight cost for you.
