In order to globalize and integrate our company resources, in 2011, Elec Capacitor Inc. acquired all shares of JK Singapore, and Ningguo Electric CO., we also acquired the shares of Fujian JK.
After restructure, the company runs more flexible with clearer goal and heavy investment in renovation In 2012, we bought 135000m new land in Heli Technical Development Zone to expand capacity, to add manufacturing of electrodeless lamp. In 2014 we finished the project with total investment over 38 million dollars. From 2014 our annual production capacity for capacitors will achieve 45 million pieces.
