The fan is mainly composed of blades, belt pulley and flange, blade hub, belt, bearing, bladesupport, shutters, frame, protection mesh, motor and other components. The motor drivesthe blades to generate airflow. To prevent outdoor dust and foreign matter from enterinq, andto avoid the effects of rain, snow and wind.

⊙ The specially designed fan blade shape could self-cleaning to ensure highly efficient operation, blades are made of stainless steel through punch forming the blades have been tested and calibrated by an advanced computer dynamic balance measure instrument, make sure running smoothly, and small vibrations, low noise, and high airflow.
⊙ Adopting a centrifugal opening system assures the opening and closing of the shutter completely, when the shutter opens, make sure the lowest air resistance and highest air volume are.
⊙ Shutter connection accessories made of good quality nylon material, long life, easy open, make sure the shutter no changing, working stable.
⊙ Frame adopts Hot Galvanized sheet with a zinc thickness of 275 q/m'.Shutters are made of galvanized sheets with thicknesses of 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm, ensuring shutters have no deformation, and running stable.

How to install the exhaust fan
1. Adjust the horizontal and vertical , keeping the fan blade running smoothly
2. After fixing the fan, the remaining gap need to be sealed.
3. The Expansion screws and Self tapping screw can be used to fix.
