Description
Galvanized pressed steel modular water storage tanks
Hot dip galvanized steel water tank use special slab, the 1000T hydraulic press mold made into different size slab, use bolt, rubber strip to connect into different specifications and forms. It is often used for water storage and other places. Our hot galvanized steel water tank could be custom-made with capacity from 0.125CBM to 5000CBM according to your needs. Generally the height should be no more than 5 meters, the length and width can be limited.Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4"*4" or 1 meter*1 meter panela manufactured from 1.5mm to 5.0mm thickness according to requirement.
Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
Reinforcement Method
All thanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.
