How To Order

    When you are interested in our products, you can click "Start order request" or "Contact supplier" to contact us and share how you want to customize Grillz or other jewelry. We reach the final customization plan, we will create an order for you, and after you pay the deposit, the order will start.

How to Customize

Grillz Customization Process:
1. Please contact us to determine the final customizationplan. After you pay a 30% deposit, we will start the order.
2. We strongly recommend that you make the dental model locally. If you are unable to make the dental model locally, we will send you a set of materials for making the dental model. After you complete it, send it to us (the shipping cost is borne by you).

3. After we receive your dental model, we will design a CAD or design drawing for your confirmation before proceeding with production.

4. After production is completed, we will take pictures or videos to confirm with you, and finally send you the goods.

About Logistics

We usually use DHL,UPS,FedEx to send your goods. Safe and fast. The shipping time is 5-7 days to complete the global delivery service. Of course, if you have other logistics companies or freight forwarders, let us know and we will try to send the goods according to your logistics method.

Warranty & Repair

1. Warranty: from your purchase of goods, we provide you with a 1-year warranty (non-human factors), if the human factor, the warranty is not supported. Please note: For goods eligible for warranty, shipping costs for sending back and forth will be borne by the buyer.
