Principle of Drying Machine
Fruit drying oven has reached advanced level at home and abroad after being upgraded and regenerated again and again. After being filtered by the primary filter fixed at the air inlet, the clean air flows towards the electrical heater in the drying chamber. And then the heated air will be evenly distributed to each layer of trays. The moisture from the raw material will be dehydrated with high efficiency. Some of the moisture will be exhausted through the exhaust vent and new fresh air will be brought in to supplement the circulation air.

* 1. Fruit drying oven is energy-saving and high-efficiency in the fully enclosed drying room.* 2. High temperature resistant circulating fan greatly reduces heat loss and strengthens heat transfer in drying cabinet.
* 3. There is an adjustable air equalizing plate in the cabinet, which can adjust the opening up and down to keep the temperature evenly in the cabinet.
* 4. The thickness of the insulation layer is 80mm with white ultra-fine glass wool material, which meets GMP standards with low heat consumption.
* 5. The trolley and tray meets with unified industry standard with good quality, And the trolley and tray can be used in multiple industry fields with strong inter change ability.
