PA6
PA6 is a milky white or yellowish transparent to opaque horn-like crystalline polymer, free coloring, toughness, wear resistance,
good self-lubricating, small rigidity, low temperature resistance, bacteria resistance, slow combustion, slow extinguishing,
dripping, blistering phenomenon, molding processability: injection molding, blow molding, casting, spraying, powder molding,
machining, welding, bonding.
PA6 is the highest water absorption PA, poor dimensional stability, and affects the electrical properties (breakdown voltage).
PA6 can be used at a maximum temperature of 180℃, but it will be reduced to 160℃ after adding impact modifier, and it can be
increased to 199℃ with 15%-50% glass fiber reinforcement, and inorganic filled PA can increase its heat deflection temperature.
