SIWAY PU Sealant for Insulating Glass
SIWAY®8000 is a high-quality two-component polyurethane recommended as a secondary sealant for single and double glazed units.
* SIWAY TWO COMPONENTS PU SEALANT reaches an initial hardness of approx 20 Shore A within a few hours depending on external conditions.

Applications
SV8000 is the highest quality two-component polyurethane recommended as a secondary sealant for all types of insulating glass, single and double-chamber. Thanks to the optimal content of the poly-BD polymer, SV8000 is characterized by a very low water vapor permeability (WVTR) and gases such as argon or krypton (GPR) and a very high resistance to aging in weather conditions with strong sunlight, which ensures the highest protection inside the glass.
SV8000 meets the special requirements of CEKAL.The product does not contain solvents or catalysts based on toxic mercury.
SV8000 achieves very good strength and adhesion to aluminum, glass, galvanized steel and warm-edge profiles. The optimal viscosity of the sealant ensures the best parameters for work both on the automatic machines and machines for manual sealant application.
