Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is commonly used for product packaging including white goods, electronics manufacturers, distributors, fish processors and food processing.
Polystyrene is a cost effective packaging material to protect goods and parts during transport.
The CissCo Polystyrene Compactor shreds, heats, compacts and reforms the polystyrene material into a compact polystyrene

There is no recycling facility for the processing of EPS other than to dump it in the landfill where it takes up valuable space and works its way to the surface causing other environmental concerns.
