Precast pallet




Feature of precast pallet
The precast pallet consists of a solid welded steel structure and a polished steel plate. Since the surface flatness of the formwork plate will affect the quality of the final surface of the concrete prefabricated components, the formwork should undergo complex and special processing, so that you can produce a perfectly visible concrete outer surface. The bottom of the mold table is treated with special gray double-layer anti-corrosion sealing coating to ensure good anti-corrosion performance.

Precast pallets size can be customized according to customer’s requirement;
1. The structure is firm, reliable and durable, with high fatigue strength during vibration and erection; Normal use can reach 3000 times of maintenance service life;
2. Through finite element analysis, the deformation is 2mm under the maximum service load;
3. The pre arch technology is adopted for grid processing analysis and finite element analysis, and the service life of the formwork is longer;
4. The frame of table is welded by high-quality national standard profile steel. The steel plate of surface is made of high-quality steel Q345, the thickness is ≥10mm, the flatness is ≤1.5mm/3meter, and the bearing capacity is 800kg/m2;
5.The surface of table is treated by special polishing process, and the finish can reach 3.2μm, ensuring the appearance of each component is fine;
6.The precast pallet can add vibration, heating, turning and other functions according to customer needs
