A.Indirect heating indirect cooling,the cooling water is not in contact with the process water,avoiding secondary pollution of the food,and no need to use water to treat the chemical.High temperature sterilization for a short time.
B.The steam consumption is reduced,and the steam and the sterilized water after atomizing are directly mixed in the sterilizer to increase the speed temperature rise and fall.
C.A small amount of process water is quickly circulated to quickly reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.
D,Water is sprayed from different angles,and steam,air and water are mixed to from a perfect temperature distribution.
E.Low noise,creating a quiet ,comfortable working environment.
