The bronze artworks are created by 10 basic steps using the Lost Wax method of casting. 1st the clay mold, 2nd silicone molds, 3rd Wax mold, 4th outer shell by silica sol and sand, 5th lox wax by 350 centigrade, 6th bake the outer shell by 850 centigrade, 7th bronze casting by 1500 centigrade bronze water , 8th assemble by welding, 9th polish, 10th Patina color.
As a professional marble sculptures manufacture, Junren keeps more than 100 Greek&Roman statues molds in stock, makes CAD and Zbrush files, produces by CNC and detailed hand carving. We mainly produce marble statues, marble water fountains, marble vases, bathtubs, gazebos, columns and church architecture...
