1. Q: Are you a manufacturer in China? |
A: Yes, we are. Raw material storage, raw material coating, stamping mold development, printing, packaging and packing of finished products are all carried out in our own factory. |
2. Q: Can I get samples? |
A: If we have stock for the models you need, we can send you our stock sample. There is no sample fee, you only need to pay for freight cost. However, if you need your own design, sampling cost will be charged. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc. |
3. Q: About "molds" and "size" |
A: At present, we have more than 500 sets of molds and 1200 kinds of products in different shapes and sizes. |
4. Q: Can you provide OEM or ODM service? |
A: Yes, we accept the OEM/ODM order. We can customize your printing color, pattern, size etc. You only need to tell us what you want and our team will do our best to meet it. |
5. Q: How long is the lead time? |
A: Standard size and printing it takes around 10-15 days after sample confirmed and deposit received. If you need the goods urgently, please let us know, and we will try our best to give you priority. |
6. Q: Can I check the quality of goods before delivery? |
A: Yes, either you or your company colleagues, or a third party is welcome to our factory to do the inspection before delivery. |
7. Q: About “payment”? |
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance upon shipment. The payments are generally T/T, L/C. |
8. Q: About “package” |
A: Normally pack the goods with brown carton, wooden case, pallet with wrapped film, and drying desiccant are placed in each package customers' required. According to the customers |
9. About “shipment” |
A: For small quantities, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc. For large quantities, we advise shipping by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder (FOB price). Or if you don’t have one, we can quote you CIF price. |
10.Q: Where’s your factory located? |
