R800 reinforced epoxy adhesive is a two-component, fast curing epoxy resin adhesive cure at room temperature. It is modified with feature of fast cure in 10-15 minutes, and has much better flexibility than normal epoxy adhesive, not easy to break.
It is two cartridge package, no need to mix the two compound, the mixing nuzzle will mix it automatically.
It has excellent aging resistance, moisture resistance, electrical insulation, elastic shock resistance and high breakdown voltage. It’s suitable for all kinds of bonding and sealing for stone, marble, metal, wood, and electronics.
Stone/marble Slate is a kind of board made of natural stone powder and other material. It is with big
size (3000*1500mm,3600*1800mm ), thin and easy to transport.
As a new material in decoration market, it is widely used for home , hotel and public hall decoration.
It is bond to the wall to be living room background wall, or made into washing platform, water sink, kitchen platform, stairs, and also bond to other material to be furniture.

Instruction:
1. The surface of the joint should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc.
2. Cut the glue nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
3. Cut off the sealant seal, install the glue mixing nozzle, and put it into the glue gun;
4. Apply the sealant evenly on the joints, the thinnest part is greater than 1mm; when using the
pneumatic gun, the air pressure is controlled at 0.3~0.5Mpa;
5. The product can be trimmed using traditional methods after the surface is dry.
