◎This machine is composed of three parts, the steam box shrinks and sets, the
drying box (drying sets), the cooling box (air-cooling sets) .
◎Three inverters are controlled to protect the motor from overload and overvoltage, variable frequency speed regulation, 0 to 60 meters per minute.
◎Automatic cloth feeding device: let the cloth and the conveyor belt maintain a certain vertical arc, so that the cloth can be conveyed in a tension-free state, preventing the fabric from elongating and deforming .
◎Heating device: The upper and lower ends adopt electric heating and steam circulation, and
the all-aluminum mica heating sheet can replenish the temperature of the steam box twice, without dripping water, and the fabric is dry and soft.
◎Screw for combing and curling cloth device .
◎Infrared electronic eye sensor, stop when there is no cloth, when there is no fabric feeding in the back, the infrared electronic eye sensor will automatically stop,
◎ Equipped with a vibrating fabric device, it can effectively repair pinholes, trachoma, and twill.
◎The steam temperature can be adjusted according to the requirements of the fabric, the temperature can be adjusted from 125°C to 230°C, and the temperature can be replenished quickly.
