Application
Pit gas carburizing furnace is suitable for all kinds of mechanical parts that need gas carburizing, carbonitriding, normalizing, annealing, and tempering. Equipment structure and characteristics: It is composed of furnace body, electric heating element, muffle tank, guide tube, circulating fan, furnace base, furnace cover, furnace cover lifting mechanism, carbon potential/temperature control system, gas distribution system cooling pipeline, etc.
It adopts suspended bottomless muffle (oil seal), built-in deflector, aluminum silicate fiber module, the structure of the furnace base to directly carry the workpiece, and is equipped with an advanced control system, which effectively ensures the uniformity of furnace temperature and the uniformity and stability of carbon potential ; Realize automatic control and recording of temperature, carbon potential and process, and mechanical action interlock protection; this series of equipment is energy-saving, easy to operate, and reliable in operation.
