Q. If we would like to customize cycling wear with our design, what do you need from us?
A: We need the vector file in the format of ai, pdf, or eps based on CMYK mode. If you have specific requirements on color, please
note us the Pantone C color or CMYK code.
Q. Can I get samples from you?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check.

A: We accept sample order. If we haven't stock on your choosing design, we need extra sample fee and the lead time of sample, depends on your design.

A: Sample order: Within 3 to 7 workdays after receive the pay-ment.
B: Bulk order: Within 15 to 30 workdays upon receipt of your payment.
Q. About shipping:
A: Usually we ship the goods via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. It is door to door service and shipping time is within 4-6 days, also if you want shipping by sea, it is ok too.
