Thin oil resistance lubrication system

System description:
1.Including resistance lubricator, filter, straight through type distributor (DB, DE, PKD), proportional joint(DSM, DCM) and adapter(PD, PH, PI).
2.According the requirement, choose befitting proportional joint size and output volume of lubricator
3.Lubricant is regularly and quantitatively delivered by lubricator, lubrication points are allocated by proportional joints. Oil supply quantity and oil demand quantity of each point are basically balanced.

Features:
1.Pressure switch is optional inside the lubricator or in the system, which can sense the abnormal situation of the system.
2.According to oil demand quantity, choose the corresponding proportional joint. The number of lubrication points can be changed.

System configuration suggestion:
1.Each lubrication point and proportional joint must be corresponding in the resistance system. No diversion after the proportional joint.
2.Each lubrication point must have a proportional joint corresponding to it. Or will make the pipeline pressure imbalance unbalanced, resulting in the lubrication point not being able to supply oil normally.
3.No proportional joint connected in series.

Installation and usage suggestion:
1.During the installation, pipes should be smoothly cut. Otherwise, pipes can NOT gather pressure and affect the normal operation of the distributor.
2.Pay attention to the outlet direction when install the proportional joint.
3.Keep pipes clean inside during the installation and use clean lubricant from regular suppliers to ensure normal operation of lubrication system.
4.Pls pay attention to the change of temperature. According to the temperature, adjust the oil viscosity. R32 ≤15℃ ; R68≥30℃
