FR-4 copper clad sheet, also known as substrate, referred to as (copper clad sheet), copper clad foil laminate, is a reinforced material soaked in resin, one or two sides covered with copper foil, hot pressed into the plate material. It is the basic material of the PCB, often called the substrate, and when it is used in multi-layer board production, it is also called the CORE board (CORE). Copper clad plate is the basic material of electronic industry, mainly used in the processing and manufacturing of printed circuit board (PCB), widely used in TV, radio, computer, computer, mobile communication and other electronic products.
