Product Description
One-component, elastomeric, adhesive and sealant, based on hybrid polymer resins.
It offers:
• Resistance to temperature fluctuations from -40°C to +90°C.
• Excellent bonding to any kind of building material.
• High elasticity.
• Great resistance to aging and weather conditions.
• Adhesion to wet substrates (even without priming).
• Good resistance to fungi growth.
• Overpaintability after hardening.
Fields of Application
FLEX MS-45 is suitable for sealing vertical and horizontal joints (3-40 mm wide), both indoors and outdoors, between materials like glass, aluminium, wood, granite, marble, PVC, etc. Also suitable for elastic bonding on various substrates. Not recommended for joints immersed into water or in direct contact with food products.
