Use
PE PP OPP NON WOVEN PAPER cutting machine is suitable for the transverse cutting of roll materials such as non-woven, gold and silver paper, BOPP, PVC，plain rainbow paper, positioning laser transfer paper, white board and plastic sheet.The electronic control system adopts the computer step control or servo system control, human-computer interface operation and dynamic display; the fixed-length is controlled by the imported stepper motor system, and the automatic beacon photo electric switch is from German to ensure the cutting precision.
There is advanced control mode that the speed of the main motor, imported stepper motor and feed motor is centralized and controlled by computer, to achieve synchronous operation, with advantages of high precision cut-off, high speed, convenient loading, tidy stacking, etc.
Characteristics
There are many kinds of functions such as compact structure, high degree of automation, with computer control, variable frequency speed control, automatic counting, sound and light alarm, photoelectric tracking, etc. This machine is suitable for transversely cutting the printed composite roll materials.
It adopts automatic promotion structure, automatic and pneumatic up-and-down feeding function, magnetic powder controlled rolling tension, which are necessary equipments to cut printed composite roll material to pieces.
