Waterproof Bitumen Roof Sealing Self Adhesive Flashband Flashing Tape recommended for all substrate seling repairs on asphalt,bituminous sheets, glass, metal, plastics, timber, mortar, concrete, bricks, rooftiles, stone. Seal guttering, downpipes, roof sheets or flashings. Seal cracked brickwork, concrete, tiles or glass. Seal carport or verandah rollf to main wall. Seal window frames.
Typical Uses:
* Replacement or repair of flashing
* Guttering, down pipes, skylights
* Extensions, porches, window frames& chimneys, jointing for artificial grass
* Caravans & Conservatories
* Sealing parapets, valley gutters
* Seals capping bolts & roof ridges
* Roof repair of portable buildings
Notes:
1) Before application, ensure the basement is free from dirt, dust, contamination Don't expose to petrol, white spirit,
paraffin and similar organic solvents which will dissolve the bitumen
2)Application temperature: from +5 degree to +45 degree
3)Using a small roller to ensure that all the edges and overlaps are forming proper seals and installed in a manner
4)Overlaps should be at least 25mm
5)If basement is concrete or brick with ash .., it is better to apply a bitumen based primer before application.

1. Flash Band Roofing on roofings, undergrounds, construction joints and joint sealing of high polymer waterproof membranes.
2. Sealing on joints of subways and tunnels.
3. Joints of colored panels and solar panels.
4. Joints of steel constructions and repairs of steel roofings.
5. Aluminum foil surface type is used for the sealing of wood roofs, steel, constructions, waterproof membranes, etc.
6. Sealing of windows and doors; sealing of tube and tube joints.
