The Power Rack Pull Up is a weight training exercise that targets the chest muscles. To perform this exercise, start by adjusting the seat height and the incline of the bench to your desired position. Sit down and grasp the handles with both hands, making sure your arms are bent at a 90-degree angle.
Push the handles away from your chest with a controlled motion, extending your arms fully. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the handles back down to your chest. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
