1.Can I visit factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
My dear, it is our pleasure to invite you to visit our factory. Our factory is based on Shuikou Town, Kaiping City,Guangdong province, which will take about 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou.
2. Can I get sample and how long will it take?
Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and courier. About 10days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.
3.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from cust-omers.Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
4. Can I have my own customized product?
Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark etc. We are very welcome.
5:How many years quality guarantee for your products？
We provide 3 years qualiy guarantee for if any defective is confirmed to be caused by us, Substituation or repair part will be sent in the next order.
6:How is your factory production capability ?
We can manufacture products up to 80000 pcs per month.
