I. General Survey
Test pressure machine and stand
This machine is used to test the cylinder pressure for dry powder fire extinguisher and CO2 fire extinguisher. It is consisted of hydraulic pressure test pump and test stand. The hydraulic test pump can be different types according to requirement. The machine showed in the pictures has three connectors. We can also supply machine of different connectors according to requirement. The connector divided to quick link connector and quick testing connector.
Ⅱ.Nitrogen
Nitrogen is colorless, odorless, nontoxic, non combustible and non explosive, and is safe to use. The molecular structure is very stable, usually difficult to react with other substances, showing inertness, and is widely used as protection gases. This series of nitrogen generator is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, through carbon molecular sieve to separate oxygen and nitrogen in the air, so as to produce nitrogen. It has the advantages of small land occupation, low investment, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The purity of nitrogen can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement. Working principle PSA nitrogen production is that the machine use high-performance CMS carbon molecular sieve AB double tank alternate work continuous to generate nitrogen .
