IRS(ips)Plasticthreaded tubes and fittings are made of polypropylene homopolymer of high molecular weight (PP- high resistance of galvanized engineering), a material specially selected because of the high resistance it offers to products subjected to high temperature and pressure.
In addition, its high elasticity module provides threads with the necessary stiffness not to be deformed when exposed to mechanical stresses.
IRS(ips)threaded product has same features as traditionalzinc coated pipes and fittings, but more convenient and lighter; Inaddition, it can be operated without electricity and mechanical tools, safe and reliable.
Its uniquegalvanized feature provides better performance than PPR, such as more heat and chemical resistance (likeacid or basic substances, lime, cement or plaster);Good acoustic insulation to absorb and eliminate the vibrations usually produced by metal pipes; Low thermal conductivity, the condensation which normally occurs on the outer surface of metal pipes under specific conditions disappears; Minimum pressure loss, the inner surface of this material is smoother , which makes it impossible for salts to accumulate inside the pipe, thus preventing a reduction in flowing space; More features are excellent electrical insulation, lightweight and easy to transport.,and innoxious.
