Application
The machine is widely used for material crushing in the industres of phamaceutics, chemical and foodstuff, etc. it is Particularty suitable for line production.
Working Principle
The machine is made up of crushing chamber, cyclone separator, pulse dust removing box and fan. It is use the high-speed relative motion of the active fluted disc and the fixed fluted disc to impact and crush the raw matreial. The different size of granules can be acquired by changing different screen. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel. The machine has theadvantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, easy cleaning and is an ideal crushing equipment .
The crushed material goes through the cyclone separator by the rotating centrifugal force and the suction of fan. Dust is collected by pulse dust collecting box.
