Introduction
This mixing tank consist of homogenizer mixer pot , heating pipe, control cabinet and platform .The working pot is made of three layers stainless steel and double jackets. The inner layer is SUS 316L, top frame mixer and high shear homogenizer can emulsify and mix the products into smaller molecules to achieve the good and high quality products. Due to the capacity of working pot is so big, if heated by electric, it will take long time to heat the tank, therefore we design it with steam heating system to decrease the heating time and increase the working efficiency .

1.Used as blending tank,mixing tank,preparation tank fermentation tank and disinfection tank.
