KT series drilling rig
KT series integrated DTH drilling rig is an advanced drilling equipment which is the DTH drilling system combined with the screw air compressore system.With compact structure,good integrity and mobile convenience.The characteristics of drilling rig are energy-saving efficient,safe environmental production,flexible and convenient operation,stable performance,etc.
Driling rig is equipped with single stage high air pressure screw air end which is core konwledge products of the company.The application of international leading towne Y line,large flow,high pressure,to provide strong power to high air pressure pneumatic impactor.The drilling speed is higher than middle air pressure drilling rig in 20%-50%.
The left and right crawler frame assemblies, each crawler frame assembly includes, a track beam, a guide wheel assembly, a drive wheel, five roller assemblies, a carrier sprocket assembly, a travel motor, a track assembly, and a track stop and more.
Dust collecting system:
The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic dry integrator to collect dust and reduces the pollution of the environment.When the dust collector works backflush, the damper is closed, so that there is no suction in the dust collector, and the dust on the filter element can be easily blown off, thereby preventing dust accumulation in the dust collector The operation time is saved, and the work efficiency is improved.
Driling rig is equipped with hydraulic manipulator,the drill pipe warehouse which disassemble the drill pipe and the floating joint which protect thread of drill pipe.One can disassemble the drill pipe.
