Oil refinery machine
Oil refinery machine is used to refine crude oil from oil press or solvent extraction plant into edible oil/cooking oil. mainly include degumming,deacidification(refining), decolorization(bleaching) and deodorization four process. we can customize suitable proposal and produce oil refinery machine according to client's crude oil and capacity requirement. we have batch type oil refinery plant(chemical), semi-continuous oil refinery and full continuous oil refinery (physical refining) technical process.
Wide application :
it could refine various crude oil ,such as vegetable oil sunflower oil ,peanut oil. soybean oil. palm oil ,sesame oil, rapeseed oil ,corn germ oil ,coconut oil ,rice bran oil, cottonseed oil, olive oil, palm kernel oil,walnut oil,animal oil fish oil and so on
Wide application :

Batch type refinery plant: refine the crude oil batch by batch,it is suitable for small capacity like 1-10tons per day(24hr) ,10-30tons per day(24hrs) or ask low cost investment customer.
1.Degumming section:
This is the most important section of de-gumming, adding the water (there is a little P-acid in water) to remove the gum.
2. Deacidification section:
Using alkali like (NaOH) to neutralize FFA in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separating it from the oil.
3.Decolorization Section:
Because there is pigment in crude oil, the oil color is dark. In order to lighten oil color, we need to using the white clay to absorb the pigment away, then using vibrating filter to separate the waste clay. If you want to get light color oil, you need to add more white clay. the oil color can be controlled by clay amount.
4.Deodorization section:
General speaking , the crude oil smells not good, it will affect of oil storage and price. So we usually use the direct steam to take odors. At the meanwhile, there is about 0.5% water content in refined oil, because the high temperature in the deodorization pot, dehydration is also finished. After that, the final oil will be refined once again through safety filter.

Semi-continuous type refinery plant: some part is batch type oil refining, deodorization part is full continuous, Replacing refining tanks with refining towers .This is cost-effective and labor saving technology, suitable for medium capacity like 20- 100tons per day or high FFA oil, such as palm oil ,rice bran oil, coconut oil by physical oil refining method
Continuous type refinery plant: The whole refinery process is full continuous, no need much human operating, suitable for big capacity like 50-500t/day or high ffa oil.
