Bacillus amyloliquefaciens can dissolve compounds such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, phosphorus,
aluminum and phosphorus that are not easily absorbed in the soil, and can degrade the chelated phosphorus
in the soil into available phosphorus that can be absorbed by plants.
Biological characteristics
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is Gram stain-positive, straight rod-shaped, with a size of (0.6-0.8) μm×(2.0-4.5) μm. oval shape, spore cysts are not enlarged. The colonies on the broth medium are round and dark
in color.
Scope of application
Crops, bio-organic fertilizers, microbial inoculants, compound microbial
fertilizers, decomposing agents for organic materials, seedlings, etc.
