I.                Main Function


The machine belongs to hydraulic 4-rollers rolling machine, be used to roll plate sheet into cylinder shape.


Up roller is fixed, the bottom roller and two side roller can move up and down


The up and bottom roller are main driving roller, the two side roller are assistant rollers.


The up and bottom rollers are used to pre-bend the plate sheet. Upward and downward the side rollers are forming the shape

IV. Remark (advantage of the machine):


1. The Bending Machine maximum capacity maximum the thickness (pre-bending thickness), the maximum coil width, rolled sheet material and maximum specifications four main parameters determining the minimum roll diameter work four parameters variable mutual conversion between aircraft conversion relationship in the random manual provided to the user, for the user to more reasonable use of equipment.

V. Structure features


1. Structure Description


This machine is four- roller bending machine, the upper and lower roller are guide roller, and side one is the driven roller, the upper roller position fixed, lower roller and side roller can be lifting movement. Upper and lower roller drive in hydraulic transmission, side roller rotation which depends on friction between the steel plate and respective rollers ,the lower roller and side roller are lifting moved by its both ends parallel oil cylinder and it makes the upper roller flip support turnover, reset. The roller bearing body and oil cylinder are packed in left and right of the machine frame.


Compare with three- roller bending machine, the four- roller bending machine which can bend plate end directly without the help of other equipment mould, and residual straight edge is lesser, and compare with asymmetric three- roller bending machine it can roll into the work piece not make plate head back, and this not only improve the efficiency, ensure the quality of the work piece, but also process simple, easy to operate.


2 .Machine Frames:


The machine frame which weld by the Q235 steel plate overall structure, weld joint through strict inspection, post-weld heat aging annealing treatment, eliminate internal stress. The rack is the major force component of the machine designed with sufficient strength and rigidity while according to your company’s process characteristics made further strengthening to ensure roll bending needs . The machine frame welded by CNC machining to ensure its accuracy.


Rack process : steel shot blasting processing →CNC cutting blanking →each plate parts groove processing → welding → overall annealing → CNC bore processing .
