This is different from the ZS190/212 2 valves and Daytona 190 engine, This is better and stronger power.

It is oil cooled engine, not air cooled. 

ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION 1. Start the engine, warm it up for several minutes, and then turn off the engine and wait for a few minutes. 2. Place the bike on a level place and hold it up on upright position. 3. Check the oil level through the sight glass. Oil level should be between the upper and the central point of the sight glass. 4. Add oil to proper level

 

NOTE 1: As per courier requests, all our engines are delivered without engine oil. You MUST fill in the engine oil before testing the engine.

 

NOTE2: This is high performance model only used for racers. It is not very stable due to the high pressure. Users can order ALL PARTS from us for maintainence but we are not able to provide warranty  for such racing machine which would always run at top speed. We appreciate if buyers understand this situation.

 

NOTE 3:The engine is a high-pressure ratio engine, and the electric start can't be used like the 160cc engines. If the electric start doesn't start successfully once, rider has to wait a few seconds before the 2nd starting. This is to wait for the stop of the crankshaft. If pressing the electric start again quickly, the starting chain is easy to break. As you know, although the foot start secondary shaft is so large, the rebound of the pressure can break not only the chain but also the shaft. Kindly operate PROPERLY to protect it.
