Aluminum degreaser
1、 Product number: Q/YS.203 (Yishun brand)
2、 Product Introduction:
This product is scientifically compounded with organic acid, Mineral acid, oxidant, corrosion inhibitor and other degreasing additives and surfactant. The product does not contain environmental hazardous substances, heavy metals, nitrite and other controlled ingredients. This product is a scientifically and environmentally friendly water-based product.
3、 Product Scope of Application:
This product is very suitable for the removal of oxide films on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy workpieces, as well as the cleaning of various oil stains on the aluminum surface (such as mechanical oil, emulsified oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, etc.). It is more suitable for aluminum anodizing and its spraying, as well as the degreasing and oxidation film before electroplating. This product is not suitable for die-casting aluminum.

6、 Product Usage:
① Mix the original solution of the product with clean water (tap water or well water) 15-20 times according to the amount of oil stains on the aluminum workpiece to be washed. This product needs to be stored in plastic containers.
② Immerse the aluminum workpiece to be washed in the prepared cleaning solution for 3-5 minutes.
③ Remove the impregnated aluminum workpiece from the cleaning solution and thoroughly clean the aluminum workpiece with clean water.
④ The cleaning solution can be repeatedly used. Since the Active ingredient gradually decreases during repeated use, an appropriate amount of aluminum degreaser stock solution should be supplemented in time, which is 0.1% -0.3% of the total amount of cleaning solution.
⑤ After some aluminum materials are degreased, there is a layer of ash on the surface, which can be cleaned in a dust removal passivation agent.
