Introducing the Enhanced KV03-A Burner Series


Since many customers require a waste oil burner with a built-in air compressor, our factory has conducted extensive research and tested various types of air pumps to observe their service life and combustion effects. Finally, we have selected two types of the most suitable air pumps, which have been modified to create two editions of the KV03 burners.

We have named the KV03 burner with an air pump as KV03-A. The first edition is called KV03-A01, representing a single stronger flame stage. The second edition is named KV03-A02, indicating two flame stages. This is the most significant difference between the two editions, although there are slight variations in operation, components, and controllers as well.

As many customers are aware, the KV03 burner is our smallest model, with a capacity of 29-34 kW and 30,000 kcal. With the success of the KV03-A burners, we are now working towards incorporating air pumps into other larger models as well. We are committed to improving quality and meeting customer satisfaction at all times.

KV03-A01 Flame Display




KV03-A01 has one stronger flame stage, the flame length can be further adjusted.



KV03-A01 Work Stage




The whole work process is fully automatically and readable, which is power on → oil pump → oil heat → fan → ignite → fire


• power on → oil pump → oil heat
The burner has an oil pump wire, one end of which has already been connected to the burner. Please connect the other end to the oil pump and filter system that comes with the burner. Power on the burner, and it will start to pump oil to the burner's small oil tank. After pumping, please adjust the temperature controller according to the type of fuel used. If you are using waste engine oil, the heating temperature should be set to 90 degrees. The initial heating process will take approximately four minutes.

• fan → ignite
After the oil heating process is complete, the fan (blast) will automatically initiate a purging phase, followed by ignition.

When you hear a clicking sound, it indicates that the solenoid valve is open. Please connect the air pipe at this point.




Compressed air will then enter the oil pipes, mixing with the heated oil to form a flame.
