Different Finish
Surface treatment is the process of forming a covering layer on the surface of a workpiece through certain methods, with the aim of endowing the product with a beautiful and corrosion-resistant surface. The surface treatment methods include:
1. Electroplating: Generally, electroplating includes zinc plating, copper plating, nickel plating, chromium plating, copper nickel alloys, etc. Sometimes, blackening (blueing), phosphating, etc. are also included.
2. Hot dip galvanizing: completed by immersing carbon steel components in a molten zinc plating bath with a temperature of approximately 510 ℃. The result is to gradually transform the iron zinc alloy on the surface into passive zinc on the outer surface of the product.
3. Mechanical plating: Impact the surface of the product by coating metal particles and cold weld the coating onto the surface of the product.




A325 Hex Bolt
