Our company has more than 800 stable and trained workers, all staffs wear anti-static working suit,shoe covers and hairnet before entering,make sure the workshop is clean and no hair.Every workshops has QC inspector to supervise the quality, deal with the issues, to maintain the high effective running of the production. Every products need to pass the strict QC process before packaging and shipping.
Higher standard quality is always our pursuit, to control the quality from the raw material step and save the production cost, we set up fabric production line and internal laboratory since 2021. We have accessed TUV certified CE, ISO13485, ISO9001, EN14683 TYPE I,TYPE II, TYPE IIR, EN13795-1, EN14795-2, DOC with EC-REP, CIBG,EN14126 TYPE 4B, TYPE 5&6,UKCA, ASTM Level 2 and FD A 510K registration. 2. We have complete QC system in the production, the income for all fabric and accessories are record, every production step is recorded, excluding the necessary QC, there are running quality inspectors in every production line to check the quality all the time.
3. We will do final Inspection before shipment, and send you the inspection reports and photos.
4. You can also ask the 3rd party to do inspection before shipment.
