High Stability Military radar P4 precision YRT50 rotary table bearing
YRT rotary table bearings are axial and radial combined cylindrical roller bearings, which are fixed by a bidirectional thrust bearing and a centripetal-guided bearing.
They can support radial loads, axial loads from both directions and tilting moments free from clearance.
For the convenience of transportation and fixing, two or three symmetrical screws are fastened to the two rings in order to
prevent rollers and rings generating collisions which influence bearing accuracy.

Heat treatment
Salt bath heat treatment is a special heat treatment method, compared with ordinary heat treatment, it has the following
advantages:
1. More uniform heating effect: In salt bath heat treatment, the workpiece is completely immersed in molten salt, and the salt bath can conduct heat more evenly to the surface and interior of the workpiece. In contrast, the air or other heat transfer medium used in ordinary heat treatment has poor heat transfer effect and is prone to temperature gradients, resulting in uneven heating of the workpiece.
2. Better surface quality: In salt bath heat treatment, due to the fast and uniform heating speed, the oxidation and deformation of the workpiece surface can be effectively reduced. This improves the surface quality of the workpiece
4. Higher hardness and strength: Salt bath heat treatment can change the crystal structure in the workpiece by controlling the
heating temperature and holding time, thereby improving the hardness and strength. In contrast, the heating temperature and
holding time of ordinary heat treatment are limited, and the control of hardness and strength is relatively low.
