Our total territory ( factory and main office) is around 120 000 square meters. With step by step efforts, our staff started from 7 employees to more than 1000 employees nowadays.
2. What is the quality level of power tools?
Our products quality level is about 70% of BOSCH, Makita, and as same quality level as CROWN and INGCO, WIDO, much better than WORKSITE, COOLFIX, etc.
3. Can I get sample for testing?
We have to charge both samples and freight cost, and when you place orders, we'll refund your sample cost.
4. Do your factory do OEM?
Yes, we do. 86% of our customers order OEM. CYC brand is for OEM orders. Massage gun we also can do OEM. Zhengyang factory has an ability to produce power tools with the customer's requirements.
5. What is delivery time?
For Pigeon brand, XSI brand and massage gun we have some stock. Delivery time is up to 15 days.
For OEM orders usually production time is around 40-45 days ( if we can faster confirm package design, delivery time can be shorter.)
6. What is the payment terms?
For new customers the payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance by T/T against B/L copy. Also we can accept L/C at sight as payment terms.
7. Do you offer warranty of your products?
We do not offer free spare parts for our products. We offer competitive prices, so the customer can also place spare parts order to necessary models.
8. What certifications do your products have ?
CE, GS, EMC, ROHS. Other certificates we can do as your requirements.
9. Do your company provide discount?
Our company can provide discount if order quantity is more than 2000 pcs for each item or if you can pay us 100% deposit in advance.
