multiple effect evaporator working principle：
The principle of multi-effect evaporator is to generate evaporation by fresh steam driving one effect, and then use the secondary steam generated by one effect to drive the next effect evaporation, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. In order to reduce the consumption of primary steam, the secondary steam generated in the production is imported into two evaporators for heating steam, and the secondary steam generated by two evaporators can also be imported into three evaporators for heating steam, each evaporator is called an effect, and so on. In this way, several evaporators are operated in series to form a multi-effect evaporator.

1. Efficient foam removal: The system is equipped with an efficient foam removal device to avoid material foam entrainment leading to material running.
2. Automatic control: automatic liquid level control system, automatic feed, automatic condensate discharge.
3. Long life of the whole tube plate: the heater, preheater and condenser tube plate use the whole tube plate to extend the service life of the equipment.
4. Energy saving and consumption reduction: the discharging device is used to increase the discharging crystal content, obtain most of the crystals after separation, the mother liquid reflux is little, the need to re-consume less heat energy, energy saving.
