PS 88 Zero Gas Loss Condensate Auto Drain Trap

Drain valve to simulate an electronic circuit solid state electronic timer and solenoid valve to match the timing of realization of the compressed air system condensate automatic discharge. High voltage electron drain valve widely used in filters, separators, dryers, gas tank, drip legs and other compressed air system components, discharge time and interval can be adjusted according to different needs.

Work Conditions
Steps as following:
1)Close isolation valves, press test button, to ensure that electronic drain valve has been isolated from air compressor system(under the zero pressure).
2)Cut off the drain valve power supply.
3)Remove the coil(Before remove the coil,must cut off the valve first,or valve body will burn out after electrify coil), separate the solenoid valve, remove the valve core and the spring, use water to clean it then installed again, the fault can be ruled out.
